su.Da.out è il workshop per danzatori incentrato sul training fisico all’aperto.
Concepito per svolgersi principalmente in contesti naturali suggestivi, con una durata di 7 giorni, il workshop fornisce ai partecipanti la possibilità di vagliare i propri limiti grazie al confronto diretto con gli ostacoli naturali che il paesaggio offre.
Il workshop, intenso e costruttivo, si sviluppa a partire dai punti cardine su cui si basa il deepening of the methodology elaborato da Loris Petrillo.
Il training fisico outdoor richiede e nel contempo sviluppa una notevole preparazione atletica, che consente al danzatore di acquisire quick reflexes, focus on target e physical stamina, qualità che potrà poi riportare nella sua performance fisica.
su.Da.out si svolge in un contesto rilassato dove i leit motiv sono l’esplorazione e il divertimento.
SI POTRA' ESSERE OSPITATI ALL'INTERNO DELLA FORESTERIA DEL SUPERCINEMA A COSTO AGEVOLATISSIMO CON POSSIBILITA' DI USO CUCINA.
Il workshop è a numero chiuso. Si accede esclusivamente tramite selezione cv e video.
Coloro che hanno già partecipato a seminari o workshop tenuti da Loris Petrillo non devono inviare cv e video.
Il termine di scadenza adesioni è fissato per l’11 giugno 2018.
Sono previste agevolazioni sui costi per le iscrizioni pervenute entro il 28 maggio 2018.

su.Da.out is the workshop for dancers based on the outdoor physical training.
Lasting for 7 days, it is designed to take mainly place in suggestive natural setting, giving participants the chance to explore their own limits thanks to the direct comparison with natural obstacles provided by the surrounding.
The intensive and constructive workshop develops against the key-points of the deepening of the methodology elaborated by Loris Petrillo.
The outdoor physical training requires and at the same time develops a significant athletic preparation, which allows dancers to acquire quick reflexes, focus on target and physical stamina, qualities which they will be able to bring in their physical performance.
su.Da.out takes place in a relaxed context where the leitmotifs are exploration and fun.
WITHIN SUPERCINEMA'S GUEST HOUSE, LOW-COST ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTICIPANTS. THERE WILL ALSO BE THE POSSIBILITY TO COOK.
The workshop is for a limited number of participants.
